Alcala East Central School Cagayan Valley, Philippines
I have been working together with the Alcala East Central School in Cagayan Valley, Philippines, on a program that teaches the students about the importance of recycling so that our garbage does not end-up in the landfill or in the ocean.
The first project is the creation of the school garden with recycled items. The photos here show how the garden came great looking with the hard work of the staff and students of the school. Additional work towards using recycled items will continue with more projects to come.
I want to thank the school staff and students for dedicating the bench in this wonderful garden to me. It was really an honor! Thank you also for allowing me to be with you for this important moment!
